David, a Cambridge University Master of Arts (Law), has been with the firm since 1986 and has a breadth of experience and expertise in all areas of commercial and business law. David has particular expertise in financial settlements in family cases alongside related litigation and dispute resolution.
David is a Resolution accredited mediator, collaborative lawyer and has undertaken both commercial and family mediations.
David is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce and takes a keen interest in local events including hosting annual charity garden party
When not meeting the needs of his clients, David can be found on the golf course (usually in a bunker) or tending to his small, but perfectly formed garden. When in need of an adrenalin rush, he has been known to race his Mazda MX5 round the track!
